Microbus accident in Dhankuta: 21 injured

KATHMANDU: A 21 people were injured in a microbus accident in Dhankuta.

The incident occurred at 2 am on the Mulghat-Rudrabari road section in Dhankuta Municipality-9, involving a microbus en route to Sankhuwasabha from Kathmandu.

According to Police Inspector Anil Kumar Shah from the District Police Office, the microbus lost control, leading to the accident.

Nine of the injured individuals are receiving treatment at the BPKIHS Hospital in Dharan, with their condition described as moderate.

The remaining injured are receiving treatment at Dhankuta District Hospital, where their condition is reported as normal.
