Women dies of electrocution in Rupandehi

KATHMANDU: 25-year-old Sabnam Khatun, resident of Siddharthanagar Municipality-3 and Omsatiya Rural Municipality-4, Panni, died of electrocution on Thursday afternoon.

She suffered an electric shock from a washing machine motor while doing laundry and succumbed to her injuries during treatment at Bhairahawa Medical College.

The police are conducting necessary investigations in this regard.
