Meteorologist Pratibha Manandhar from the Division offered insights into this temperature shift, indicating that the day would begin to feel comparatively warmer as the minimum temperature surpassed 15 degrees Celsius.

She elaborated, stating, “As soon as the minimum temperature crosses 15 degrees Celsius, the morning chill dissipates, giving way to warmer temperatures.”
