One held for raping 29-year-old woman

KATHMANDU: Police arrested 48-year-old Bhajan Rana, a resident of Belauri Municipality-8 Kalcutta, Kanchanpur on the charge of raping a 29-year-old woman on Saturday night.

Based on the complaint that Rana raped the woman at his house on Wednesday afternoon, the police deputed from the area police office Belauri arrested him.

The police are conducting necessary investigations in this regard.
