KC assigned responsibility of Spokesperson of Nepali Army
The current spokesperson, Krishna Prasad Bhandari, has been relieved of his duties, according to the records of the Military Records Office at the Jangi Adda.

KATHMANDU: Brigadier General Gaurav Kumar KC has been appointed as the spokesperson for the Nepali Army.
The Army Headquarters has assigned the responsibility of Director of the Army Public Relations and Information and the Army Spokesperson to KC. He is currently the Chief of the NA Number 3 Brigade Office based in Pokhara.
The current Army Spokesperson Krishna Prasad Bhandari has been transferred to the Army Archives at the Army Headquarters.
He will formally handover the responsibility of Army Spokesperson to KC after some days.
The Military Public Relations and Information Directorate was established on Chaitra 20, 2058 BS (April 2, 2002 AD).
