Victim of fatal electrical accident at metal industry identified

KATHMANDU: The identity of the person who died in a fire in a metal industry at Hattiban in Lalitpur has been identified.

Bhoj Bahadur Pahari alias Raju Thakuri of Panchkhal of Kavrepalanchowk died in the fire.

According to Superintendent of Police Nareshraj Subedi, spokesperson of District Police Complex Lalitpur, the family of the deceased identified his body. Pahari used to work in the same factory.

Spokesperson Subedi said that the damage caused by the fire was more than 1 million.

The fire was caused by an electrical leak.

The sofa and the raw materials used to make it were destroyed by the fire.
