KATHMANDU: The price of gold in the Nepali market has set a new record.

In the local market today, the price has increased by 1,000 per tola and the highest price has been maintained.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Traders, the price of Chhapawal gold, which was traded at 133,000 per tola on Wednesday, has increased by 1,000 to 134,000 per tola.

Tejabi gold was traded at 132 thousand 350 per tola on Wednesday, but for today, the price has been fixed at 133,350 per tola.

The price of silver has also increased by 40 per tola.

On Wednesday, it was traded at 1,610 per tola, but for today, the price has been fixed at 1,550.
