55-year-old man dies in road accident

KATHMANDU: A 55-year-old Mahesh Majhi, a resident of Jahmawad, Bihar, India, died on Monday night after falling from the truck loaded with paddy number BR 25 GA 0425 on the road of Parsa, Birgunj Metropolitan City-11 Sripur.

He was seriously injured in a fall and died during treatment at Narayani Hospital in Birgunj.

The truck driver has been detained by the police.

The police are conducting necessary investigations regarding the accident.
