7 days explanation to these 26 companies (with notice)

KATHMANDU: The government has requested explanations from 26 construction companies within a 7-day period.

The Public Procurement Monitoring Office has issued a notice to the construction firms, giving them a week to provide an explanation before considering blacklisting them.

Following recommendations from several public bodies to blacklist 26 construction companies, the office initially issued a notice requiring them to submit explanations within 30 days.

However, as no explanations were received within that timeframe, the office has granted them a final opportunity.

Failure to submit the required explanation within the next 7 days will result in the companies being blacklisted.
