KATHMANDU: Global IME Bank Limited (GIBL) has organized week-long financial literacy programs targeting students across seven states during Global Money Week 2024.
The bank, in coordination with its state offices, conducted various programs focused on youth and student-centric financial literacy.
These programs covered topics such as savings, loans, remittance, digital banking, insurance, investment, additional banking services, financial fraud, and financial discipline.
Furthermore, leveraging the opportunity presented by Global Money Week 2024, the bank has been organizing financial programs nationwide.
Previous events have witnessed the participation of over 14,000 individuals, including farmers, small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, laborers, potential migrants, students, women, recipients of remittances, and local youths.
Additionally, Global IME Bank aims to enhance financial literacy and promote digital banking through its network of 354 branches.
