Car collides with stopped bus, 3 injured including car driver

KATHMANDU: An accident in Myagde Rural Municipality-1 of Tanahun along the Prithvi Highway has resulted in injuries to three individuals, including the driver.

The accident transpired as the bus with registration number Na 5 Kha 5359, en route from Pokhara to Damauli, came to a halt, at which point the car bearing registration number Bagmati BC 5740, also traveling in the same direction, collided with it.

According to authorities, the injured driver of the car involved in the accident is Bikash Tripathi, aged 31, a resident of Pokhara Metropolitan City-25.

The passengers in the car, Bikash Baniya, aged 32, from Pokhara-16, and Sanjeev Bhandari, aged 31, from Pokhara-19, also sustained injuries in the collision.
