Cloudy skies expected across Nepal; chance of rain & snow
The Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has issued the most recent report, which shows that westerly winds persist over the country.
KATHMANDU: The current weather outlook suggests a mixture of partly to mostly cloudy skies in certain parts of the hilly regions, while the remainder of the country is experiencing predominantly partly cloudy conditions today.
The Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) has issued the most recent report, which shows that westerly winds persist over the country.
The MFD forecasts partly to largely overcast weather in the mountainous regions of Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces.
There is a probability of mild to moderate rain in isolated hilly portions of Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces.
Furthermore, light snowfall is possible in certain high-altitude hilly and mountainous parts within these provinces, as well as in the high-altitude hilly and mountainous sections of Koshi and Bagmati States.
