Gold prices increase in Nepali market, silver remains steady

KATHMANDU: Today (Wednesday), the price of gold has increased in the Nepali market.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold has risen by Rs 400 per tola.

The price of fine gold is Rs 1,26,800 per tola, while the price of Tejabi gold is Rs 1,26,200 per tola.

Yesterday, the price of hallmark gold was Rs 1,26,400, and the price of Tejabi gold was Rs 1,25,800 per tola.

Today, the price of silver remains steady at Rs 1,490 per tola, whereas yesterday it was Rs 1,505 marking a decrease of Rs 15 per tola.
