CAN announces Nepal ‘A’ team for series against Ireland Wolves
The series is set to feature a five-match T20 and a three-match ODI series to be held in Nepal.
KATHMANDU: The Nepal ‘A’ cricket team, led by captain Binod Bhandari, has been unveiled for the upcoming series against Ireland Wolves ‘A’.
The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has officially announced the Nepal ‘A’ squad set to compete in a series of three T20 and three ODI matches against Ireland Wolves.
The series is set to feature a five-match T20 and a three-match ODI series to be held in Nepal.
Ireland Wolves will commence their tour with the T20 series, with the Nepali senior team, captained by Rohit Kumar Paudel, leading in the first two matches.
Following this, Binod Bhandari will captain Nepal for the remaining T20 matches and the subsequent three ODIs.
The T20 series is scheduled to kick off on the Chait 12 (March 25), followed by matches on the Chaith 13, 15, 16, and 18 (March 26, 28 29 & 31).
The three ODIs are slated for the Chaith 21, 23, and 25 (April 3, 5 & 7).
All matches will take place at the TU Cricket Ground in Kirtipur.
