3 Palestinians killed in Israeli attack in West Bank

KATHMANDU: Three Palestinians were killed in an Israeli airstrike on a vehicle in the Jenin refugee camp in the northern West Bank on Wednesday.

Another person was seriously injured.

Palestinian Red Crescent Society official Mahmoud al-Saadi said that the rescue team removed the bodies of three young people from the vehicle.

Palestinian sources said the vehicle was targeted by a drone.

Meanwhile, the Israeli military said in a statement that it had carried out an airstrike targeting four Palestinian fighters in a car in Jenin.

Two of them were senior Islamic Jihad members.
