KATHMANDU: Today’s meeting of the House of Representatives under the Federal Parliament has been adjourned after passing a condolence resolution.
The meeting was adjourned after passing a condolence resolution on the death of Janata Samajbadi Party Nepal MP Manju Sharma Ansari.
A 60-year-old Sharma passed away on Sunday morning. She died during treatment at the Civil Hospital in Kathmandu, according to the Janata Samajbadi Party Nepal.
She was a member of the Politburo of Janata Samajwadi Party, Nepal.
Born on Magh 19, 2020, Ansari was elected as a member of the House of Representatives on Chaith 19, 2079.
The next meeting of the House of Representatives, which was adjourned after passing the condolence resolution, has been called for 11 am on Monday.
