KATHMANDU: The Weather Forecast Division reports a partial influence of local air combined with the western low-pressure system in Nepal, sparking speculation about potential rainfall.
This morning, noticeable changes are observed in the hilly regions, while the rest of the country maintains clear weather conditions, according to the Weather Forecast Division.
By afternoon, further alterations are expected in the hilly areas, particularly in Sudurpaschim State, with light snowfall predicted in select high hilly and mountainous areas, as per the Division’s forecast.
Tonight, transformations are anticipated to continue in the hilly regions, including Lumbini and Bagmati.
The Division has also forecasted the possibility of light snowfall in high hilly and Himalayan areas of Koshi, Gandaki, and Karnali States.
Despite these fluctuations and the likelihood of snowfall in elevated regions, the Division asserts that there is no expectation of rain for today.
