HBL relocates its Itahari Branch-2 to Inaruwa Municipality

KATHMANDU: The Himalayan Bank Limited has relocated its Itahari Branch following the acquisition of Civil Bank, expanding its banking services across various branches in the network of digital platforms.

The bank has expanded various banking services from Chaitra 1 (March 14) by transferring Itahari Branch-2 from Sunsari, Inaruwa Municipality Ward No. 1.

The inauguration ceremony of the branch was conducted by the director of Nepal Rastra Bank, Biratnagar, Indra Chamlagain Mainali.

The event witnessed the presence of various dignitaries including the Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Inaruwa, Chief of District Administration Office, Chief of Police, Chief of Land Revenue Office, and other bank officials.

Currently, the bank has extended its services through 174 branches across Nepal, 20 expanded counters, 264 ATMs, over 6,500 POS terminals, and more than 17,000 remittance payment centers, providing various banking services to its customers.
