Man found dead with throat savagely slashed

KATHMANDU: The dead body of a young man was discovered in Surkhet, his throat brutally slit.

Authorities identified the deceased as 32-year-old Anil Patel, a resident of Bara who was staying in Surkhet.

According to the Surkhet District Police Office, Patel suffered severe injuries to his neck, and a blood-stained knife was recovered at the site.

Police have launched a thorough investigation into the incident.
