One held for murdering wife in Siraha

KATHMANDU: Police arrested 65-year-old Ram Udgar Sah, a resident of Busbitta, Siraha Municipality-6, on the charge of murdering his wife, 60-year-old Nirmala Sah, on Sunday afternoon.

As soon as the news was received that Nirmala, who was grazing goats at Basbitta Kamala Dam, died on the spot when Ram strike her with a sickle, the police deputed from District Police Office Siraha and Ward Police Office Siraha arrested him.

The police are investigating further in this regard.
