Husband held for murdering wife

KATHMANDU: Santosh Bhujel, 25, resident of Melamchi Municipality-8, Sindhupalchowk, who living in a rented room in Bhaktapur, Changunarayan Municipality-3, Jhoukhel Pipalbot, was arrested by the police on Thursday evening on the charge of murdering his wife, 21-year-old Pavitra Rai

Pavitra, who was seriously injured during the assault by Santosh, died during treatment at the Bhaktapur hospital.

The police deputed from the District Police Complex Bhaktapur arrested him.

The police are investigating further in this regard.
