Sumana Shrestha becomes education minister

KATHMANDU: Sumana Shrestha and Biraj Bhakta Shrestha are slated to assume ministerial roles representing the Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP).

The power-sharing summit convened in Baluwatar has finalized the RSP’s ministerial portfolios.

As per sources from Baluwatar, the party has secured four ministries, including the Deputy Prime Minister and the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Party Chairman Ravi Lamichhane will be the Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister, DP Aryal as Labor and Employment Minister, Sumana Shrestha as Education Minister and Biraj Bhakta Shrestha as Youth and Sports Minister.
