Partial impact of western disturbance system in Nepal

KATHMANDU: According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, parts of the mountainous regions in Nepal, including Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim States, are experiencing partial changes due to the Western Disturbance System.
However, the weather remains predominantly clear in other areas.
The department reports that there is a possibility of light snowfall in one or two places in the high mountainous and Himalayan regions of Gandaki and Karnali States.
During the night, there are slight changes observed in the mountainous regions of Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim States, while the weather remains generally clear in other parts of the country.
The department also indicates a chance of light snowfall in isolated areas of the high mountainous and Himalayan regions of Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim States.
