Vaibhav Gupta wins ‘Indian Idol 14’
Vaibhav Gupta, hailing from Kanpur, emerged victorious, clinching the Indian Idol season 14.
KATHMANDU: In an electrifying grand finale on Sunday night, the top 6 contestants battled it out for the coveted title.
Vaibhav Gupta, hailing from Kanpur, emerged victorious, clinching the Indian Idol season 14.
Shubdeep Das secured the first runner-up position, followed by Piyush Panwar as the second runner-up and Ananya Pal as the third runner-up.
As the winner, Vaibhav Gupta was awarded a cash prize of 2.5 lakhs and a Maruti Brezza car, in addition to the title. Shubdeep and Piyush, as the first and second runners-up respectively, received cash prizes of 5 lakhs each.
Ananya, the third runner-up, was awarded a prize of 3 lakhs.
The panel of judges for the show included Vishal Dadlani, Kumar Sanu, and Shreya Ghoshal, with special appearances by Sonu Nigam and Neha Kakkar in the grand finale.
