To enhance customer transaction efficiency, success, and agility, the bank has launched a feature allowing customers to report failed transactions via its mobile banking app or website.

Customers can track the progress of their reports and receive updates on issue resolution.

Upon resolving the failed transaction, the bank will notify customers of refunds through SMS and email.

Machhapuchhre Bank, which is introducing itself as a smart bank by using many dimensions of science and technology, has provided this facility to free the customer from the hassle of having to come to the bank and call the bank to get the amount of the failed transaction back to the bank without going to the bank.

According to the bank, consumers can report failed transactions by selecting the statement icon in their mobile banking app.

In this case, after receiving the customer’s report, the bank will carry out the necessary transaction procedures and, based on the proof of failure, return the relevant amount to the customer’s account.
