Man held for raping minor

KATHMANDU: On Wednesday night, police arrested 60-year-old Asharam Chaudhary, a resident of Tikapur Municipality-1 Shaktinagar camp, on the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl.

Based on a complaint that Chaudhary took the girl to the Kailasheshwar community forest and raped her, the police stationed from Tikapur district police station of arrested him.

The police are investigating further in this regard.
