Nepal secured their berth in the final after defeating Lebanon 2-1 in the semifinals, marking a historic moment in their debut appearance in the WAFF Championship.
Meanwhile, Jordan advanced to the final by overcoming Palestine in a determined display of skill and determination.
Despite being considered the underdog, Nepal has impressed with their performance throughout the tournament, showcasing their talent and resilience on the field.

However, Nepal will face a challenge as Sabitra Bhandari ‘Samba’ will be absent from the final match.
The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) cited contractual obligations with the French Club En Avant Guingamp as the reason for Sabitra’s unavailability.
