How is Bharati Manandhar health who consumed poison?

KATHMANDU: Bharati Manandhar from Banke district ingested poison and was subsequently admitted to Bheri Hospital in Nepalgunj on Tuesday.

Banke police reported that Bharati’s condition is currently stable.

After the school prevented her from giving lunch to her son from her first marriage, Bharati allegedly consumed poison, as informed by Deputy Superintendent of Police Subash Singh Bohara.

According to Jashmin Ojha, an advocate for Bharati, she consumed poison out of distress upon being denied the opportunity to meet her son.

After her husband Chetan Manandhar’s murderer, Rijal Dhakal, received a presidential pardon, Bharati protested.

However, with the Supreme Court overturning the presidential decision, Rigal is now back in custody.
