KATHMANDU: Jeevan Gurung, the proprietor of Platinum College implicated in the 14 kg gold smuggling case, has been apprehended.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CIB) detained him in Kathmandu’s Samakhusi area on Monday morning.

Following inquiries into the Dubai gold smuggling incident, Gurung emerged as the mastermind.
