Risal & Gyawali sworn in for members of the BOD of RBB

KATHMANDU: Narayan Prasad Risal, Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Finance, and Prof. Dr. Ram Prasad Gyawali have been appointed to Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited’s vacant Board of Directors.

Risal and Gyawali, the newly appointed members of the Board of Directors, took the oath of office and confidentiality before the Chairman of the Bank Board of Directors, Dilip Kumar Dhungana, in line with the Bank and Financial Institutions Act of 2073.

Risal and Gyawali, the newly appointed board of directors, were also sworn in during a program on Thursday.

The National Commercial Bank’s directors, CEOs, Deputy CEOs, Deputy Executive Officers, and Company Secretary were all present at the swearing-in ceremony.
