Three children dies in Morang lorry accident

KATHMANDU: A fatal lorry truck crash in Morang district’s Budiganga Rural Municipality-4 claimed the lives of three people, two of whom were members of the same family.

Identified as Ishita Adhikari (4), Nishanta Adhikari (4), and Riha Khawas (8), the victims were involved in the devastating accident.

Confirming the occurrence, Ranjan Kumar Dahal, the spokesperson for Morang’s District Police Office, revealed, “The accident involved a lorry truck registered under RJ 29 GB 1561, claiming the lives of three individuals.”

Among the victims, Jyoti Adhikari, the mother of Ishita and Nishanta Adhikari, sustained injuries and is currently receiving medical attention.
