JBBL donates two interactive boards to school in Nuwakot
During a program organized at the school, Mr. Surendra Bahadur Nepali, Coordinator of Our Development Enhancement Fund, formally handed over the smart boards to Mr. Manju Chitrakar, Principal of Sahid Jagat Prakash Jung Shah Sanskrit Secondary School.
KATHMANDU: The establishment of “Our Development Enhancement Fund” by Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited (JBBL) for institutional social responsibility has provided two interactive (smart) boards to Sahid Jagat Prakash Jung Shah Sanskrit Secondary School, Ward No. 05, Devighat, Nuwakot.
The bank has provided these smart boards to enhance interactive learning practices and to create a conducive environment for quality education, focusing on information technology-related skills and the development of information dissemination and retention techniques among students.
During a program organized at the school, Mr. Surendra Bahadur Nepali, Coordinator of Our Development Enhancement Fund, formally handed over the smart boards to Mr. Manju Chitrakar, Principal of Sahid Jagat Prakash Jung Shah Sanskrit Secondary School.
The event was attended by members of the bank’s management committee, including Mr. Naresh Raj Acharya, a member of the bank’s board of directors, and Mr. Man Bahadur Dongol, Chairman of the School Management Committee, along with bank officials, school staff, and students.
The school’s active contributions in modern science and technology, preservation and development of Nepali traditional culture and heritage, and online teaching of various subjects through digital technology have been instrumental in furthering education through modern means.
Therefore, the smart boards will provide additional convenience to the school through digital technology.
