Suspicious object found in Biratnagar

KATHMANDU: A suspicious item has been discovered in Biratnagar, located in the Koshi State.

Near the Household and Small Industries office in Biratnagar Metropolitan City-3, authorities found a suspicious object consisting of a pressure cooker taped securely.

A joint team comprising the Nepali Army and Armed Police Force is making arrangements to safely dispose of the suspicious object at its original location.

A ditch is dug and a pressure cooker is placed.

The area has been cordoned off by the police and secured for public safety.
