Durga Prasai’s power display to commence from these 7 venues

KATHMANDU: The program of Durga Prasai, a medical practitioner and activist of ‘Rashtra Bachau Mahabhiyan’, will be held at Bhrikuti Mandap.
Today (Falgun 1), the program was said to be held in Tundikhel, but as permission was not received, it will be held at Bhrikuti Mandap.
The Kathmandu District Administration Office granted Prasai permission to organize a demonstration in the unoccupied space of Bhukuti Mandap. Prasai plans to demonstrate in Kathmandu, demanding the cancellation of victims’ loans from microfinance, cooperatives, and banks.
The initiative has identified seven paths for people to reach Bhrikuti Mandap. Separate teams have been assigned to lead and manage the seven routes. A team will travel to Bhrikuti Mandap from Narayangopal Chowk, followed by rallies via Lazimpat.
Other teams have been planned to gather at Chabahil, Koteshwar-Baneshwar, Lagankhel, Balkhu, Kalanki, Kirtipur, Balaju-New Bus Park respectively and reach the event venue.
