Transfer of 12 High and District Court Judges (with list)
Judicial Council announces transfer of 12 judges across High and District Courts.
KATHMANDU: The Judicial Council has transferred twelve judges from the High and District Courts.
Surkhet High Court Judge Rameshwar Regmi has been transferred to Patan High Court; another Surkhet judge, Kaji Bahadur Rai, has been transferred to Biratnagar High Court Ilam Bench; and Tulsipur High Court Butwal Bench Judge Bishnu Prasad Aryal has been transferred to Tulsipur High Court.
The Judicial Council has transferred District Judge Rishiram Acharya of Kaski to Lalitpur District Court, Harip Pasad Koirala of Sunsari to Kaski, Avani Mainali Bhattarai of Kaski to Makwanpur, Pramesh Pokhrel of Tehrathum to Parsa, Tej Bahadur Khadka of Rautahat to Jhapa and Bhim Bahadur Niraula of Jhapa to Terhthum District Court.
Similarly, Judge Dayaram Dhakal of District Court Dadeldhura has been transferred to Chitwan, Baburam Subedi of Nawalpur, Morang and Kul Prasad Pandey of Dang have been transferred to Nawalpur District Court.
