KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress MP Binod Chaudhary has expressed dissatisfaction with the administration, claiming that his brother Arun Chaudhary has been arrested.

MP Chaudhary stated Arun’s detention was motivated by political vengeance.
He stated that a member of Parliament denied that CG Holding had unlawfully seized the land of Bansbari leather shoes.
‘They are trying to take political revenge on our family. The Congress and Finance Minister should speak on this matter. If I am wrong, I should be punished, otherwise I cannot be defamed like this innocently.’ He said.
According to Choudhary, a current company called Champion Footwear bought the shares of Banswari leather shoes through open competition in 2052. Chowdhury explained that the then government took the shares for sale through open competition and the land was the property of the same company.
Chaudhary has alleged that there is a conspiracy to scrutinize the leaders of the private sector before the investment conference.
