2 Bhutanese killed in jeep accident, 5 injured

KATHMANDU: A vehicle accident in Helambu Rural Municipality-1, Sindhupalchowk, killed two Bhutanese and badly injured five others.

According to the local police office in Helambu, a vehicle bearing the number Ba 2 Chha 4450 toppled near Doring.

According to Police Inspector of Helambu, Manoj Kumar Shrestha, 71 years old Wan Mo and 33 Tugpa Genj are died in the accident.

Nima Galzen Hyolmo, Chairperson of Helambu Rural Municipality, says preparations are underway to transport badly injured people to Kathmandu for further treatment.

They were on their way to the Milarepa Cave of Helambu.
