Dram ‘The Zoo Story’ staged at Mandala Theatre (photos)

KATHMANDU: The drama ‘The Zoo Story’ was performed at Mandala Theatre in Thapagaon, Kathmandu.

The play of American playwright Edward Albee has been adapted into Nepali language by The Word Theatre Nepal.

The play is directed by Sajjan Rana.

The play attempts to depict the gender identity of two representations of the younger generation who are lonely and suffering from mental illnesses.

The Word Theatre is staging the drama every day of the week at 4 p.m., with the exception of Monday.

On Saturday, two concerts will take place at 12:30 PM and 4:00 PM. Rajkumar Pudasaini, Vijay Tamrakar, Nar Chhetri, and Aditi Shrestha starred in the drama.
