Liverpool in league cup final, facing Chelsea for the title

KATHMANDU: Liverpool has reached the final of the EFL Cup (Carabao Cup).

Liverpool advanced to the finals by drawing 1-1 with Fulham in the second league of the semi-finals, which were finished Friday night.

Luis Diaz scored Liverpool’s first goal in the 11th minute, but Fulham’s Issa Diop equalized in the 76th minute.

Liverpool won the previous league title by a 2-1 margin.

Now, Liverpool will meet Chelsea in the final. The final match will take place on Feb 25.
