Accident in Dharan: motorcyclist dies, scooterist wounded

KATHMANDU: In a tragic incident in the Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City-8, Bhotepul a collision occurred on Tuesday between a hilux vehicle with registration number Na 1 Ja 7121 and a motorcycle with registration number Ko 6 Pa 5603, along with a scooter with registration number Ko 32 Pa 8661.

The motorcyclist, identified as 46-year-old Shambhu Darji and a resident of Ward 15 of the same Sub-Metropolitan City, lost his life due to severe injuries sustained in the accident.

The critically injured scooter rider is currently receiving medical treatment at a local hospital.

The authorities have taken control of the vehicle involved in the accident.
