27 killed in Ukrainian attack on Donetsk market

KATHMANDU: At least 27 people were killed and 25 injured when the Ukrainian army attacked a market in the west of Donetsk, local media reported on Monday.

The market was crowded when 152 mm caliber and 155 mm caliber shells were fired from the Ukrainian side.

18 of the injured have been admitted to the hospital.

Most of them are in serious condition, according to the Ministry of Health of Russia.
