KATHMANDU: Ram Bahadur Bomjan, who was remanded to Jaleshwor Jail in Mahottari by District Court Sarlahi, has submitted his various demands in the jail.

He stated that he does not consume the same meals as the other detainees.

According to a Jaleshwar Jail officer, he requested that separate meals be prepared and served to him.

He stated that he does not consume turmeric, garlic, legumes with onion, or veggies.

The jail management stated that after Bomjan declined to eat, they distributed cooked food to other Jogis in the jail.

Similarly, he has requested a suitable place for meditation in the penitentiary. He meditated this morning, too.

Bomjan was sent to Jaleshwar Jail in Mahottari on remand from District Court Sarlahi on charges of child sexual assault.
