Elderly man held for raping 52-year-old woman

KATHMANDU: Police arrested 72-year-old Dhan Bahadur Shrestha, a resident of Mechinagar Municipality-12 Pragati Tole, on the charge of raping a 52-year-old woman on Thursday evening.

Based on the complaint that Shrestha raped the woman on Tuesday afternoon, the police stationed at Charali police station arrested him.

The police are investigating further in this regard.
