Youth & Sports Minister Dig Bahadur Limbu’s wife dies aged 58

KATHMANDU: Youth and Sports Minister Dig Bahadur Limbu’s wife, Ganga Maya Limbu, passes away at the age of 58.

Mrs. Limbu had been battling cancer for an extended period.

She succumbed to the illness at their residence in Guwabari, Letang-6, Morang on Thursday.

The mortal remains of Mrs. Limbu will be accorded the last rites on Friday, following the Limbu tradition, as confirmed by the minister’s personal secretary, Sajan Kunwar.

Minister Limbu and his family are mourning the loss of their beloved, leaving behind a son and a daughter.

The minister had previously faced a personal tragedy in Asshoj 26 (Oct 13) when his mother passed away.
