3 candidacy of alliance registered in Gandaki

KATHMANDU: The coalition party’s candidates for the National Assembly elections in Gandaki have filed their nomination papers.

In other Gandaki clusters, Kiran Babu Shrestha from Congress, Padma Bahadur Pariyar from Congress for disability and minorities, and Manrupa Sharma from Maoist for women have submitted nominations.

Elections will be held on Magh 11 (Jan 25) for 19 out of 20 seats that will be vacant from Falgun 20 (March 3).

Elections for three seats in Gandaki State are underway.
