The introduction of the revolutionary ‘Instant Voice Payment Notification’ service via ‘Koili’ is set to redefine the experience for the bank’s QR merchants.
The cutting-edge ‘Koili’ Instant Audio Payment Notification (IPN) terminal ensures that merchants receive payment alerts in their preferred language, including Nepali, Newari, Maithili, Bhojpuri, and English.
‘Koili’ addresses challenges such as QR scan fraud and SMS alert delays, with a special focus on assisting merchants who may not be proficient in English. This initiative aims to bridge the gap and guarantee secure and hassle-free payments.
