KATHMANDU: Ultima Lifestyle, the fastest-growing Nepali accessories brand, had broken all records to score a massive 700% growth in 2023 compared to 2022.

Toping all that up is Daraz’s prestigious ‘Seller of the Year 2023’ award in this year’s ‘Daraz Seller Summit 2023’.

The prestigious award acknowledges outstanding performance and contributions to the Daraz marketplace, with a focus on key selection criteria.

Ultima Lifestyle emerged among numerous competitors due to its exceptional sales figures, customer satisfaction ratings, and product quality.

This recognition solidifies their position as a trusted brand in the market and highlights their commitment to delivering top-notch products and services to customers.

Selection criteria for Daraz’s Seller of the Year Award

  3. Orders: Ultima Lifestyle has processed an impressive 26,000+ orders on Daraz in the year 2023, with a remarkable 13,000+ orders in November alone, setting a record for the highest orders by any seller in that month.
  4. GMV (gross merchandise value): The Company’s GMV experienced an extraordinary 700% growth in 2023 compared to the previous year, showcasing robust business performance.
  5. Year-on-Year Growth: Ultima Lifestyle has achieved substantial year-on-year growth, reinforcing its commitment to continuous improvement and expansion.

Ultima’s Key Achievements for 2023

The Daraz journey only started back in February 2022, along with a website launch later that year. Yet Ultima won this title against a total of 19,000+ sellers in all categories.

The accessories brand also holds the record for the highest sales figure on Daraz by any seller in the month of November. Yet, for 2024, this Nepali brand is estimating a sales growth of over 500% on Daraz alone.

There will be some new category introductions as well. Currently serving the TWS, SmartWatch, Powerbank and Speaker markets, they plan to enter the gaming sector, more versatile sound output solutions, and, more importantly, the premium segment of accessories.

According to the Mr. Aman Gupta Company Brand Manager, the current plan includes over 25 products, starting with their first launch on the New Year itself. He assured that Ultima Lifestyle will introduce 20+ official stores and some exciting online and offline Mela, including the much-awaited Ultima Exchange Mela 2.0.
