Bara police recovered onions worth 1.15 million

KATHMANDU: The police have seized onions worth more than 10 million illegally imported in a period of 4 months.

The police team deployed from the District Police Office Bara and its subordinate offices have seized onions worth 1,015,8,700 rupees on various dates since last Bhadra.

According to the police, the seized onions were imported by evading customs.

Police also said that the seized onions have been handed over to the Revenue Office, Pathalaiya Bara.
