Magnitude 3.5 earthquake hits Bajura in early morning

KATHMANDU: This morning, Bajura experienced an earthquake with a magnitude of 3.5 at 6:52 AM.

The National Earthquake Measurement and Research Center reported that Kolti in Bajura was the epicenter of the quake.

It’s noteworthy that a magnitude 4 earthquake had previously occurred in Bajura on Kartik 21 (Nov 7).

In recent times, remote districts like Jajarkot, Doti, Bajura, Bajhang, Darchula, Achham, Dolpa, and other areas in western Nepal have been experiencing continuous seismic activity.
