Parliamentary hearing of proposed SC judges Paudel & Dhungana

KATHMANDU: The meeting of the Parliamentary Hearing Committee under the Federal Parliament is being held today.

Padma Prasad Pandey, Secretary of the Parliament Secretariat, informed the meeting at 11 a.m. that there is an agenda to be heard at the meeting of the recommended Supreme Court justices, Mahesh Sharma Paudel and Tek Prasad Dhungana.

They will be appointed if the names are accepted by the parliamentary hearing committee.

Previously, the hearing of Saranga Subedi and Abdul Aziz Muslim have already been done.

According to the Parliament Secretariat, ten complaints have been lodged against the proposed six judges.
